Our Leadership Team

In some denominations there is one leader who makes all the decisions, but as a United Methodist community we believe there is something powerful about shared leadership. We believe in communal discernment and that when we work together something emerges that no individual could create on their own. Our Leadership Team includes both lay leaders and our pastor.

We give our blessing to our Leadership Team to:
1) Discern and cast a vision
2) Create an action plan
3) Communicate vision and action plans
