Photography & Video Policy
Our photography plays a key role in bringing Inclusion Community to life online. By depicting authentic human moments with consistent styles, colors, and details, our online presence carries an air of approachability that draws people in.
Purpose and Presentation
Our community uses photography and video to celebrate, communicate, and document our life and mission. When we share images and videos online (including our website, social media, and streaming services) or in printed materials, our goals are to:
Celebrate Community: Share the joy, connection, and fellowship experienced within our group.
Communicate Our Mission: Effectively show how we are serving our community and living out our values.
Create Welcoming Materials: Provide an inviting glimpse into our group for those who are considering joining us.
Archive Our History: Create a visual record of significant events and milestones.
We strive to ensure all images and videos are presented with integrity, dignity, and accuracy, reflecting the positive and welcoming nature of our community.
Respecting Privacy
We deeply respect the privacy and preferences of every individual in our community. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with their image being captured or shared online or in promotional materials.
We commit to the following steps to protect your privacy:
Opt-Out Policy: Any member or guest of Inclusion has the right to Opt-Out of having their image used in public-facing materials.
How to Opt-Out:
If you or your child do not wish to be photographed or filmed for public use, please notify the pastor, a leadership team member, or media team member before the event.
You may also notify us at any time by contacting media@inclusioncommunity.org
We will maintain a confidential list of individuals who have opted out.
Immediate Action: If you see an image of yourself or your child on our platforms and wish for it to be removed, please contact us immediately. We will review your request and remove the image from our public channels as quickly as possible.
For all Gatherings and events at The Hut, we will provide a photo and video-free zone called “Off Broadway” where individuals can sit or stand, knowing their image or likeness will not be captured for public use.
Where appropriate, we will prioritize wide-shot, general photos of activities and groups over close-up individual portraits, unless explicit permission has been given or the individual is a presenter/subject of the content.
